Meal Prep
"If you fail to plan you are planning to fail" Benjamin Franklin. I'm always in a rush for time with classes and work. I use Sunday mornings for food preparation. When I'm on the go having something pre-made is convenient. I'm never skipping a meal. I fill fueled through the entire day. I find myself always going straight from class to work, thinking about eating out makes me think of eating junk. Meal prepping is my way of making sure my body and brain are fueled with the appropriate nutrition and can preform at peak performance.
